All products purchased at www.casaamella.com can be returned and refunded as long as you notify us of your intention to return the products purchased through an email that must be sent to: email@example.com notifying the products to return and the reason for your decision to withdraw from the contract. The rest of the conditions established in this section must be met.
In the case of withdrawal by you, we will return all payments received, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you received the order. We will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method.
The refund of the value of the purchase will be made once we check the good condition of it in our warehouse. The customer must bear the shipping costs of the return, which are €4.95. In the event that the customer sends a product by his own means, he will not be charged this amount.

We will process the collection of the items (the transport company will pick it up for you) and, once here, when we verify that everything is correct, we will refund the amount minus the return costs. If the user prefers, they can redeem the amount in the form of a discount code for the next purchase.
Casa Amella, has to make the refund of the amount and make it, as indicated by Law 3/2014 of March 27 of trade regulation article 107, without delay and before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the merchandise is received. The refund of the money will be made through the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
2.- Damaged or broken products
In the event that the return or exchange is due to the fact that the product is damaged or broken due to transport, please contact us as quickly as possible in order to process the replacement / return of the products. The client will not have to face any expense.
3.- Incorrect or defective products
If the return is due to the fact that the products you have received are incorrect to those you had purchased, or have arrived defective, a return can be processed within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. You will have to communicate as quickly as possible in order to process the change of the correct product. The customer will not have to face any shipping costs.
How will the money be returned?
The refund of the amount will be made to the same card or PayPal account in which the order was paid. In the case that it is paid via bank transfer, an account number and IBAN will be requested to be able to recover the amount. The refund will not be made until you have received the items and verified that everything is in perfect condition. In the event that it is not in optimal conditions, only you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a different handling than necessary.
