We make this mayo sauce with the power of plants! Aquafaba is the egg alternative thanks to its functional properties. Oh, and since we don't add any additives to the chickpeas, the aquafaba (the cooking water of the chickpeas) also doesn't contain any additives (antioxidants, etc.).
