We steam-cook them, the healthiest way to cook them. This is how we preserve its flavor and smell to the maximum, respect the nutrients much better and obtain an incredible texture and consistency.

They are bigger than Pardina lentils, but they also have a very soft and thin skin. This variety is commonly used for hot meals and stews.
