Whole spelt spaghetti Bio
Preparation: We use durum wheat which we sieve. We knead the ingredients with water, and then extrude the pasta through the chosen mould. We use a slow continuous and automatic drying process during 24-30 hours and then pack the pasta according to the desired weight.
