We only use organic Spanish lentils, of extra category, from our trusted local farmers.
We steam-cook them, the healthiest method. This is how we preserve their maximum flavor, aroma, better respect their nutrients, and achieve an incredible texture that doesn’t fall apart.
They have a unique flavor, with a very fine and smooth skin that you can enjoy in both cold salads and hot dishes since they don’t disintegrate.

Since they are organic and additive-free, we recommend not discarding the cooking water and using it in stews.
