We make this mayonnaise with the power of plants! Aquafaba is the egg alternative thanks to its functional properties. Perfect for accompanying fries, a veggie burger, vegetables, fideuá… combine it with whatever you like best! Once opened, store it in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS: High-oleic sunflower oil*, aquafaba* (32%), lemonade* (water and 25% juice from freshly squeezed lemons), sea salt*, and xanthan gum. (*= from Organic Agriculture).
