Cooked ganxet beans Bio
Preparation: We soak the ganxet beans in water. After the necessary time, we steam cook them until they reach their ideal point. We pack them with the cooking water (it keeps the flavour and plenty of nutritional properties, specially the ones that are water-soluble and the minerals), they go through a thermal process and we label them.
